How often do the sessions take place?
The team trains together once or twice per week. All athletes complete the same workout at the same time, creating an amazing team atmosphere, healthy competition, and the opportunity to compare results and times with others.
How long does a training session last?
Training duration varies depending on the focus — typically between 20 and 75 minutes. Each session is different to keep training fresh and engaging. Some workouts emphasize aerobic capacity, others focus on strength — but every session combines both strength and endurance elements.
What does a typical session look like?
Workouts come in many forms — intervals, time trials, or performance challenges. Each session is built to develop your fitness comprehensively: strength, endurance, coordination, and mental resilience. Expect variety, intensity, and results — all within a fun and supportive team dynamic.
